Dreams do come true… Sounds like a cheesy quote? Yes, indeed a cheesy one. Because we at Crazy Cheesy have been crazy about our dream of serving love. Our passion for cooking the best. Our love for cheese. Crazy Cheesy is popular today as a truly family-owned business that primarily runs on the three main wheels – Tushar Kelkar, his mother – Smt. Kelkar, and his wife – Mrs. Kelkar. However, very few know what has really gone into the making of the brand that stands tall today – Crazy Cheesy. It all started with a small Café Cool in 2009 that used to serve top quality, affordable sandwiches, burgers, cold coffee, and similar items. The café and the cool Kelkar kaka quickly gained the fame among the youth, especially the newcomers in Pune. The family’s dedication and passion for work kept growing over the day and night. The quality, taste, preparations, attitude, trust, and attachment survived the test of time… and the rest is history!

2009
The beginning
A small joint Café Cool in Khaau Galli of Jnana Prabodhini Road. Hundreds of youngsters used to fondly flock here for the delectable sandwiches, burgers, and coffee suiting their pocket money. This youth still maintains a touch with cool Kelkar kaka and often visits him – now at Crazy Cheesy.

Today, Tushar Kelkar heads a whopping 14 branches of Crazy Cheesy all over Pune! Almost
all prime locations in Pune have a franchisee and what amuses us as the owners is the fact that we had only four branches before 2020, jumping to 14 within the next two years! The pandemic, and subsequent lockdowns came in for us with a silver lining.
